another rainy start to the day. the surf looks pretty similar to yesterday. forecast is for S wind at 5 to 10 mph. water temp keeps hovering around the mid 50's to very low 60's.

New York:

Small and choppy. Knee to waist high with SW winds on it early. Looking good for Sunday and Monday. We'll keep you posted.

North Hampton, NH:

Fun waves during the morning. A swell arrives tomorrow, expect more waves during the afternoon. offshore winds and no one in the water!

The pictures do tell the story! At this 1:00 posting, Corolla has waist to almost chest high surf. Despite the on-shore/side-shore wind the sections are makable & it looks like fun. a rainy start to the day so i took the photos from up on someones deck. i'm guessing on the size. the tide is extremely high this AM so maybe there will be a change with a lower tide. wind forecast to be SE at 5 to 10 mph becoming S at 10 to 15 mph. water temp around 60.
