Sunday's Super Bowl Surf is just a little to rough & choppy thanks to a NNE wind. At this posting we are at low tide, so by 12:00 NOON, the tide will have flipped. It is breaking on the outside. Sections are disorganized and random. Wind chill is around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. NOTE: PLEASE REMEMBER TO BOOK YOUR SURF LESSON BEFORE YOU COME DOWN TO THE BEACH. Just did some watching in Satellite Beach its starting to clean up earlier than expected. Saw quite a few waist high sets. Looks like fun I will see you out there. Be Safe.

Near flat conditions again today. Maybe knee high at best. Winds are light NNE early but will go N later in the day.

North Hampton, NH:

Just check two different breaks in Satellite Beach some lines rolling in but mushing out fast. Strong wind will keep it like this the rest of the day. I still think its worth the paddle if you dont have anything going on. Have fun and be safe.

HIGH: 4:42PM, LOW 10:54AM: Surprise! All the elements are in place, so we actually have surf today. Wave height is Chest High at this posting. The wind is clocking: from ESE to SSW at 12 to 15 mph. The sun is out and weather condition are mild so wind chill should be nominal. Water temperature is in the high 40's, so a 4/3mm full with boots and gloves (& maybe a hood) should keep you warm: GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Ocean Beach, CA:

Good morning from SD - WNW swell fades more but still plenty of knee-chest+ waves to slide into. Any flotation device will do; a good time to maybe experiment or at least ride something else in the quiver for a change. Hi tide pulling out, glassy conditions with a light offshore. Fun, sunny, weekend crowds. Nice weather with more NW energy approaching. Air temp: 62F. Water temp: 59F.

New York:

Flat conditions again today. WInds are WNW early and will be all day. May see some more waves towards the middle of next week.

Cape Hatteras, NC:

Surf looks fun this morning. Its in the waist to chest high range with bigger sets. Its glassy with a light WNW wind. Forecast calls for NW 5kts becoming SW late this morning.

North Hampton, NH:
