North Central, NI:
On Thursday morning in El Transito, the surf has dropped a bit with wave size at about rib to head high with a few larger sets still showing up. The form is fair to good with some barrels lining up outback. The tide is super low as of report time so more waves are shutting down than lining up but it should get better as the tide fills in a bit. The wind has been calm to light / variable all morning so I doubt we will get any steady offshores today. The weather is warm and sticky with mostly cloudy to overcast skies and 1 surfing.

Corolla, NC:
Thunder storms and rain showers blew through Outer Banks last night but had little effect on the surf. Wednesday's High tide surf looks just like this mornings surf. SE swell, about thigh high that needs the help of some sandbars before it will start working. Expect cooler air temps today: NOTE: GOING OUT ON A STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD LESSON TODAY. New York:
Waist to chest high and choppy. Winds are on it early from the SSE but are forecasted to go SW later in the day. Looking like late in the day Sat. into Sunday morning could be the clean up.
