Cape Hatteras, NC:

lots of water moving with high tide. set waves are still overhead and somewhat closed out and disorganized. it's probably better in the tri villages. high tide around 6:30 AM. wind forecast to be SW at 5 to 10 mph.

Could be fun in the right place for the shortboards but the longboards will have some fun for sure. This has been a great summer for waves and it looks like more on the way. Have fun and be safe.

Just sayen, I am no pro just out there having some fun. So before you hate on it just realize I don't care. I love to body board and that is all. swell was decreasing in size, 3-5ft some peaks were a bit bigger pretty fun waves!

Tamarindo, CR:

Playa Grande (Las Palmeras) Super fun waves over in Grande today coming in between waist and chest high. Nothing monster and definitely a little more suited to longboard but fun none the less. Winds were fairly cam moving offshore and then turning sideshore around 11am. The break was still working when we finally gave it up around 1pm. We headed back to Tamarindo and things were looking small but fun with some clean waves breaking in the waist high range. By 2pm the wind had kicked heavy onshore with only a few decent rides coming through. Still worth the paddle out but patience was a definite requirement.

North Central, NI:

surf dropped a bit more this morning we have weak waist to occasional shoulder high surf in the main beach. Pistols still some head high peaks with some good punch on the incoming tide later in the morning. Form is mostly fair to good outback and mostly fair in the main beach. Winds are light and variable with warm weather and partly sunny hazy skies today. Winds are perfect light offshore as of NOON, overall a nice Saturday...
