Hilton Head Island:

Small knee high swell - very clean. Jacana 7:45 - 9:45. Some fun for longboards.

Belmar, NJ:

Pismo Beach, CA:

Low tide has it a bit drained. Tide push will help as it fills in thru the AM. A little crossed up and textured. The South should be here tomorrow so we are going to put off burning our boards for the moment. Congratulations to Nick Lee of Carlsbad and Susan Meyer of Melbourne Beach. They both scored Sharkcamo T's by being the first 2 to answer our Friday Surf Trivia question correctly. We will do it again Next Friday so stay tuned.

Emerald Isle, NC:

7/19/08 – There’s a little mid-break working this morning – not quite waist-high and with a little texture on the water but a wave nonetheless. We’re under a T.S. warning so it might be worth keeping an eye on for the next 24-48 hours. Have a great day and pics from Bogue Inlet Pier (BIP).

Comments:  Waist high and choppy.  SW winds are on it early.  Looking like much of the same for the next few days.

Jacksonville Beach, FL:

LOOKS LIKE YESTERDAY MORNINGS SURF... IT'S 1 TO MAYBE 2 FT AND RIDEABLE ON THE INCOMING TIDE. OVERALL IT LOOKS LIKE FUN FOR THE GROMS OR THE LONGBOARD. DEFINITELY A DAY FOR THE SMALL WAVE GEAR BUT IT MAY BE WORTH A CHECK..

Downtown(8th st area):

Some waves coming through tonight, lots of close outs, some fun air drops. Definately some 4+ ft sets coming through, close to the shoulder high range, but not much of a line at all. Mostly just a drop. Pretty Choppy, but some of the Lefts looked somewhat clean on the face.

Springmaid Southside:

Choppy, long paddle out. couple big faces. about 10 people sitting in the lineup

Sandy Hook - Area C:

Good sets every 5 mins

Lock Arhbor:

If you have a longboard you will have tons of fun out there. I noticed it was better closer to high tide. Some fun waves out there, a bit crowded though

The Pit, Long Branch:

its ok .. if you have nothing to do .. waters getting warmer

Mid Town OC:

Real fun when the tide started dropping out. Long, long lefts. The wind came on it around 11:30 or so but still some fun sets coming in.
