Extreme tides are part of the plan today. There are workable corners off the south side of the pier. A bit lumpy but there are corners to be had. Short board, fish or bodyboard are the tools to use today. Get on before the wind does.

40th Street:

Wind blown. Choppy, with no lines.

Emerald Isle, NC:

6/4/08 – Looks like a little windswell is beginning to develop – knee-high at the moment and rideable. Next few days should be a little interesting with some background, long period swell filtering in coupled with whatever windwave we have out there. Not forecasted to get too big at all but might get a little fun. Have a great day - pics from Bogue Inlet Pier this morning.

Comments:  Waist high with some bigger sets and choppy.  Winds are S early but will go SE later in the day.  Should see building conditions throughout the day with clean up conditions expected for tomorrow.

Newport Beach, CA:

1-3ft. at most spots, Kind of choppy. Better off chillin at home and having a cold one!

Nags Head, NC:

Got up and went at 6:00am but forecast was wrong. It was terrible looking. Small, unorganized, choppy, etc.
