Comments:  Near flat conditions, maybe knee high at best.  Winds are S early and will go E later in the day.

Hilton Head Island:

Was clean and flat as a lake until tidal push then wsw winds took over and chopped it up too with a 1' added swell. Just as bad as it gets I guess. Welcome to the Sunny East Coast.
