Good morning. The surf is basically flat. You have some ankle snappers breaking close to the beach but that's about it. The wind is blowing out of the NNE at 1-2 mph causing for glassy conditions and the air temperature is 62 degrees. If you have a SUP it would be a great morning for a paddle. We are not expecting the surf to build today but the surf models are showing surf later this week. Have a great Saturday and we will give you another surf report at midday. Corolla, NC:

The wind has switched and is now coming out of the ENE but only blowing at 11 mph. Wave height is only thigh high with an incoming tide. Good morning. The surf is shin high. The wind is blowing out of the ENE at 5 mph and the air temperature is 58 degrees. Low tide was at 12:09 this morning and high tide is at 2:34 this afternoon. We are not expecting the surf to build today and I am not seeing much of any surf in our near future but hopefully that changes. But it is FRIDAY!!! I had to run the store so Jason had a chance to go surfing. Yeap, it is going off. Plus the sun is out and air temps are in the 60's. You can tell by the pictures I took that wave height is around nose high and we have an off-shore wind. It is worth checking out your favorite break this afternoon. Low tide is at 3:42 PM. We are not expecting the surf to build today but we will keep our eyes on it. One of the surf models are showing surf late next week but nothing in our near future.
